Your Wellbeing
HARMONIA Care
Harmonia Care is where healing begins with compassion and connection. We offer psychotherapeutic services that honor each person’s lived experience and create space for real emotional growth. Through individual, family, and couples therapy, as well as supportive group programs, our clinicians walk alongside clients as they navigate grief, stress, relationship challenges, identity development, and moments of deep transition.

Each session is designed to help people feel understood, grounded, and supported as they build resilience. Whether someone is coping with anxiety, loss, or the pressures of adolescence, Harmonia Care provides a safe environment to explore, heal, and move toward a more hopeful future.
ROOTED Wellness
Rooted Wellness is the heart of our Multicultural Center, a place where community, culture, and holistic care come together. This division focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through accessible wellness offerings that help people reconnect with themselves and with others.
Here, participants can experience practices like Reiki, sound healing, and gentle movement classes that promote balance and inner calm. Rooted Wellness also provides supportive case management to help individuals navigate resources, strengthen stability, and feel anchored during times of need.
The program is built on belonging and cultural inclusivity, reminding every person who walks through our doors that they are seen, valued, and capable of thriving.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is your space to talk about what you want to change in your life.
Co-Parenting
Co-Parenting sessions allow separated parents of children to maintain harmony while mutually working together in benefit of their children.
Urgent Care
Urgent care services are provided Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m, for patients & non-patients who need immediate & short-term support.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is the space for you and your partner to talk about things that are impacting your relationship.
Reunification Therapy
​Reunification Therapy is a therapeutic space designed to help families rebuild and strengthen relationships after separation.
Nutritional Counseling
Nutritional Counseling is the space for you to learn how to incorporate nutritious choices into your unique lifestyle.

La Concordia Wellness Center is committed to making mental-health and wellness services accessible to as many individuals and families as possible. We accept Medi-Cal and work with most major insurance plans, allowing clients to receive high-quality care with minimal barriers.
