Rooted Wellness was created to expand healing beyond the therapy room. Our approach embraces the whole person through movement, mindfulness, and community connection.
We believe that wellness is not a luxury but a foundational part of emotional and physical health. Every offering is intentionally designed to create calm, reduce stress, and inspire personal transformation.
At the Multicultural Center, individuals from all backgrounds can find belonging, restoration, and the support needed to feel grounded again.

Immersive sound-healing sessions that soothe the nervous system and invite a profound sense of peace.

Compassionate support to help individuals navigate essential resources, strengthen stability, and overcome barriers related to housing, food access, healthcare, employment, and more.
